Yikes is right! I hope you have a year, if not longer, of nothing needed on the house!! But it is so true....and from what I have learned, it is more expensive with children. Just make sure you always paint walls so they are WASHABLE and do not get WHITE carpet or doors with the pretty latch open versus round knob....may look nicer, but having your two year old locking himself in rooms daily is not so fun. *sigh*
